HIS SERVANTS' MINISTRY
www.judgmentcoming.org
Welcome to our web site
We here at His Servants' Ministry, teach the WHOLE Truth of God's Holy Word. We teach God's love and goodness and mercy and Heaven; but we also teach God's Holy and righteous wrath and His judgment that is sure to come and we do teach an eternal Hell, the Lake of Fire.
It deeply saddens me the way that the world is turning away from the goodness of Almighty God. The vast majoriy of people in the world today never, ever think of eternity. They just keep on keeping on in their sin, and they really must think they will go to Heaven. My dear friend, there really IS a Hell, and there really IS a Judgment Day when ALL people will be held accountable for their sins. BEWARE!!!
Many of our articles are linked to other Christian web sites. We do not always agree 100% with everything these sites say, but as a rule, they have the same basic beliefs that we do.

WHAT THOUGHTS WILL BE JUDGED?
<><><>1. Selfish thoughts. WHAT are the thoughts that God demands we cherish towards each other?
Matthew 19:19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. (KJV)
Honour thy father and thy mother . . . this is the first commandment of the second table, yet here is mentioned last; which changing of order is of no consequence: so the "seventh" command is put before the "sixth", and the "fifth" omitted, in (Rom.13:9), and with the Jews it is a common saying, "there is neither first nor last in the law", meaning it is of no consequence which commandment is recited first, or which one last, as long as they are obeyed.
And thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself . . . this is NOT a separate command from the rest, nor an explanation of the tenth and last, not mentioned; but it is a summary of them all, and said to be a complement and fulfilling of the law (Rom.13:9; Gal.5:14). Jesus' commands to believers! Matthew 22:36-40 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (KJV)
Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; (KJV)
1 Cor. 13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. (KJV) . . . Charity = love!
1 Peter 3:8-9 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: 9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. (KJV) . . . TRUE believers are to be loving, like-minded, sympathetic, tenderhearted and courteous, which means they are to be humble-minded, not trying to lord it over one another. This is to be the attitude and action of a believer among other believers, and unbelievers too.
Commands for Christians
- #1. Be one of mind (1Pet. 3:8; Eph. 4:1-3).
- #2. Have compassion on one another (1Pet. 3:8).
- #3. Love as brethren (1Pet. 3:8; 1Cor. 13).
- #4. Be pitful, courteous, tenderhearted (1Pet. 3:8).
- #5. Not rendering evil for evil (1Pet. 3:9).
- #6. Not railing for railing (1Pet. 3:9).
- #7. Be a blessing to others (1Pet. 3:9).
- #8. Control the tongue (1Pet. 3:10; Jas. 3).
- #9. Shun evil and do good (1Pet. 3:11).
- #10. Seek peace and pursue it (1Pet. 3:11).
Romans 12:10; Philippians 2:4). Consider how far are your thoughts guided by these rules?
<><><>2. Proud thoughts. The pattern set before us as Christians is as follows:
Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. (KJV)
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me . . . “yoke” is a figure taken from the use of oxen. Just as harness is for horses, so a yoke is for oxen. The yoke is used in the Bible as a symbol: #1. of bondage or slavery (Lev.26:13). #2. of afflictions or crosses (Lam.3:27). #3. of the punishment of sin (lam.1:14). #4. of the commandments of God, as here. #5. of legal ceremonies (Acts.15:10; Gal.5:1).
“Yoke” here refers to the religion of the Redeemer, and means that they should embrace His system of religion and obey Him. All virtue and all religion imply restraint . . . the restraint of our bad passions and inclinations and subjection to laws. The Lord says that the restraints and laws of His religion were mild, gentle and easy. Feel free to compare Jesus’ rules (Mat.22:36-40) with the burdensome ceremonies of the Jews, or with the religious rites of the heathen everywhere, or with the demands of the Popish system, and you shall see how true it is that His yoke is easy. Compare His laws and requirements with the laws which bind a person by vows to live a life of religious worship. John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (KJV) . . . It is much easier to be a committed Christian than an unbelieving, lost, laboring sinner. Of all the yokes ever imposed on mankind, the yoke of the Redeemer is the lightest of all.
And learn of me, for I am meek, and lowly in heart . . . that Jesus is meek and lowly in heart (Zec.9:9), assures those invited that no grievous fees or charges will be made of them; and that His yoke is easy, and His burden light, is a good reason why the heavily laden should come. The meekness, humility and lowliness of Christ come into view in His assuming human nature; in His subjection to His Father; in His manner and lifestyle among mankind, in His submission to the ordinance of baptism; in the His complete obedience to God, and in His sufferings on the cross and death. We should consider this and we should imitate Him in all that we do. Meek: (Mat.5:5). Learn of me: (Phil.2:5-8; 1 Pet.2:21). Lowly in heart: (Zec.9:9). Ye shall find: (Jer.6:16).
And ye shall find rest unto your souls . . . this refers to Jer.6:16, which shows that the rest He speaks of in the preceding verse, is NOT physical, but spiritual. This “rest” is enjoyed when we observe Christ's Words in this Passage. This “rest” is "ways of pleasantness" and whose "paths are peace" (Pro.3:17).
Philippians 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. (KJV) . . . Always have a humble view of yourselves, for this will lead you to prefer others over yourselves.
actual defects — his sins, wasted opportunities — and he will scarcely think highly of himself.
<><><>3. Angry thoughts. These are closely connected with pride and selfishness. He that thinks highly of himself covets and desires mainly for himself, and must often be disappointed and insulted. It is this way that angry thoughts spring up . . . and even though neither unkind words or actions follow, these thoughts alone are sinful, and shall be judged. The most secret thoughts Christ would want for us, would be gentle, kind, loving and charitable.
<><><>4. Impure thoughts. Matthew 5:27-28 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: [28] But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. (KJV) Ex.20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery. (KJV) The 7th commandment. Jesus interprets this 7th Commandment as He did the 6th. But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her . . . characterizes the man OR woman whose glance is not checked by holy restraint and results in impure lusting. The look of lust clearly says: “I would if I could.” The act would follow if the opportunity occurred. That person has committed adultery with her already in his heart. Jesus does NOT restrict this just to married persons. He said: "whosoever looketh looketh upon a woman," this extends the range of this commandment to ALL persons, married or not. You women, this applies to you as well! Just change the woman to man, and change her to him. As in dealing with the 6th commandment, our Lord first explains it, and then in the four following verses, He applies His exposition.
NO one but the Lord Jesus has ever kept the Law. IF you are honest, you will not claim to be keeping the Law. There were ten commandments, but here Matthew mentions only 6 & 7. In is very likely that Jesus lifted all ten of them to the highest degree. The Sermon on the Mount shows us that we all have sinned. It shows us that we all need to come to Him for mercy and help. To say that you are living by the Sermon on the Mount while all the time you are breaking it is to say that the Law is not important. In the following verses the Lord deals in a tremendous way with the Law and man’s relationship to it.

NO one should picture himself innocent, just because his conduct is respectable. The fear of shame and the lack of opportunity, may preserve the outward character . . . BUT they cannot secure the favorable judgment of Almighty God, who sees the heart to be sensual. So . . . not only he who gulps strong drink in excess, BUT, those also who gladly would do so if he could . . . is a drunkard in the sight of the Almighty.
Let’s consider another sin.
1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. (KJV)
Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and no murderer has eternal life. These are some mighty harsh words! I did not say them. Jesus said them, and John is saying them here; John is quoting Jesus (Mat.5:21-22). Envy and jealousy lead to bitterness; bitterness is like a cancer of the heart, and will eventually destroy you if you don’t get it under control. Bitterness will utterly defile you (Heb.12:15).
Where does bitterness come from? It comes from HATE! If it is not ‘love’ it is ‘hate’! John says that if you ‘hate’ your brother in Christ, you are a “murderer”! These are some pretty rough words here! He goes on to say that “no murderer has eternal life”. Can we back that up anywhere else in the Bible? YES!
Rev. 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. [KJV]
Rev. 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. [KJV] “Without” means outside the ‘City’ (Heaven). Only those who “do His commandments” may enter the ‘City” (Rev.22:14). And what are His “commandments”? LOVE, LOVE! (Mat.22:36-40). If we do NOT love, we cannot nor will NOT enter into Heaven! ALL hate is actually murderous.
<><><>5. Worldly thoughts. We learn that a Christian should set his affections on things above (Col.3:2), and not be anxious for this world's morrow (Mat.6:25-34). How, then, can they answer for it hereafter, whose whole minds are occupied with the business of the world they live in; with scarcely one reflection in the day on the world which they so soon must enter? Are not these things among those secrets of men which God will judge? Very few ever consider eternity. https://www.godcannotlie.org/booklet_living_with_eternity_in_mind.htm
What Should We Do in View of This?
<><><>1. In addition to the times which you set apart for prayer, and Bible study, you must make an effort to treasure thoughts of Heaven in the midst of your attention to this life on Earth. When you are hard at work, why not give your mind a rest by thinking of what awaits you when this life shall end!
<><><>2. Seriously consider your Christian calling. Eph. 1:4-6 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. (KJV)
Keep in mind the condemnation from which you have been delivered, and the dealings of Him who has delivered you. Phil. 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (KJV)
We must not forget what God has yet in store for us in the world which now we see not. Let us faithfully believe that we shall dwell in Heaven, and when we do, we shall think more often of living there. Let us firmly believe that Christ died for our sins, and when we do, we shall think of Him both more often and more thankfully. Then shall we have less fear about having our secrets judged.
God DOES Judge our Thoughts
2 Cor.10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; (KJV)
Casting down imaginations . . . imaginations means reasonings or opinions, and is probably used here in the sense of a device, and refers to all the plans of a wicked world: the different systems of false philosophy, and the reasoning of the enemies of the Gospel. The various systems of false philosophy were so fixed and rooted, that they might be called the stronghold of the enemies of God. The enemies of TRUE Christianity pretend to a lot of reasoning, and they rely on that in resisting the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
And every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God . . . every high and lofty opinion regarding the dignity and purity of human nature; all the pride and arrogance of the human heart . . . all this opposes the knowledge of God, and it all raises itself to a foolish and hopeless self-confidence. Men entertain stupid and baseless opinions regarding their own excellence, which makes them feel that they do not need the provisions of the Gospel, which makes them unwilling to submit to God (Jam.4:7-10).
And bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ . . . the symbol here is clearly taken from military conquests. The indication is, that the strongholds of the heathens, and pride, and sin, all would be demolished, like throwing down the walls of a city, all the plans and purposes of the soul, the reason, the imagination, and all the powers of the mind, would be subdued or led to victory by the Gospel, like the inhabitants of a captured city. My friend, Christ is the great Captain in this spiritual warfare. ONLY in His Name, is the battle waged, and ONLY by His power can the victory be won! The captives were made for Him, and under His authority; and all were to be subject to His control. For a TRUE Christian to win the spiritual war, every power of thought in the heathen world; all philosophy, and all the powers of reason, memory, judgment, in a person, must come under the laws of Christ. All doctrines were to be in accordance with the will of Christ, and we must be subject to Him. The strongholds of philosophy, heathenism, and sin should be demolished, and all the opinions, plans, and purposes of the world should become subject to the all-conquering Redeemer. In this spiritual battle the warriors are successful, because of Christ!
Proverbs 23:6-7 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats: 7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. (KJV)
The envious and jealous man, is in direct contrast to the "bountiful eye" (Pro.22:9). Anyone with an evil eye is to some extent of a grudging, sordid temper, that cannot bear the sight of others' happiness or prosperity (Deut.15:9; Pro.28:9; Mat.20:15).
This can only be true of firmly held convictions, not of uncommitted, uncontrolled or hostile thoughts that trespass into a person’s mind. It cannot apply to unwelcome thoughts that are erratic with what one truly believes; just as when on Earth, Jesus was not defined by His temptations, but by what he constantly believed.
Our secret thoughts are important to God IF they truly reflect our firm beliefs. IF . . . we pretend to be loving but secretly hate someone so much that we would kill him if we thought we could get away with it, that’s important.
Thoughts, are often just mere temptation . . . and even the Holy Son of God suffered horrific temptation (Mat. Ch.4).
God is never impressed by lip service but looks deep into our heart . . . to SEE what we really believe. He doesn’t yield to our thoughts that plague us and are not what we actually believe. Thoughts, no matter how strong and persistent, that we do NOT totally agree with are simply an annoyance and of no spiritual importance.
The God of Infinite Understanding knows our minds at times play tricks on us. Some tunes or words from a TV commercial, might go endlessly round and round in someone’s head, doing nothing but annoying the person even though he has no interest what they are selling.
God is NOT some heartless monster, NOR is He stupid . . . He is a sweet, good and loving God who truly loves us. He sheds His grace and lovingkindness bountifully on His TRUE children.

Psalm 78:38-39 But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath. 39 For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again. (KJV)
Psalm 103:13-14 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. 14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. (KJV)
Hebrews 2:17-18 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. (KJV)
Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. (KJV)
Hebrews 5:2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. (KJV)
Who can have compassion on the ignorant . . . those who have committed sins of ignorance, and bring their sacrifices for them; these he does not abuse and scold, nor does He break out into fury against, but pities and sympathizes with them. His compassion suits their state, and bears with them with great restraint.
And on them that are out of the way . . . those who disobey God's commandments, those who are like sheep going astray, turning to their own way; who transgress the law of God, and err in it . . . maybe this means those who knowingly and willfully sin, through weakness, are meant.
For that he himself also is compassed with infirmity . . . the reason why the Great High Priest is slow to punish and likely to forgive is, that He Himself was also compassed with weakness. We have a Great High Priest who could say, when He came to the end of His ministry on Earth, "Which of you convinceth me of sin?..." (Jn.8:46). The Lord Jesus' apostles had been with Him for three years, and if there had been anything wrong, they would have known. Jesus was faultless; He did NOT commit any sin. But because He lived on this Earth as a Man, He understands us. He "can have compassion on the ignorant." This refers to sins of ignorance (Lev.4:1-2). We commit sins that we are not even aware of, and He, our Great High Priest, takes care of that for us. He can have compassion on the ignorant. "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death" (Pro.14:12). "All we like sheep have gone astray . . . " (Isa.53:6). God compares us to sheep, because ALL of us, as sheep, go astray.
Aaron was touched with his infirmity or weakness, but Christ was touched by a feeling of our infirmity or weakness. He knows how we feel about things. He is our perfect Mediator. When we fall, He does NOT get down in the dirt with us . . . He lifts us up out of there!
Aaron might condone the sins that he himself had also committed, or he might condemn the sins that he had not committed himself. That would always be a danger of human man. BUT Jesus is well able to show mercy to us, and He neither condones nor condemns. When we come to Him to make confession of our sins, He does not give us a sermon about doing better next time. He simply forgives us and extends mercy to us. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 Jn.1:9). It is simply awesome to have a High Priest like Jesus!
There is a direct contrast between Aaron and Christ, because there is NO equal of this requirement of the Aaronic priesthood in our Lord Jesus Christ.
In the present age, the Lord Jesus Christ is our ONLY Priest. It is He, and He alone who represents us before God the Father.
COMMENT: The human priesthood of the Old Testament has been superseded by the DIVINE and ETERNAL Priesthood of the One and ONLY High Priest, JESUS! How utterly dangerous and foolish for men to set up ‘priestly systems’ patterned after the Old Testament, and to intrude with the functions of OUR GREAT HIGH PRIEST! And for these ‘priests’ to allow themselves to be called “holy father” is absolute IDOLATRY in my eyes!
NO man should take the honor of priest to himself, because priests were called by God! (Heb.5:4).
Our Almighty God is far too wise to hold anyone accountable for random thoughts that are not what the person really believes or wants.
We must NOT hate God! We must NEVER think that Jesus was demon-possessed. To do these foolish, stupid things clearly affects our relationship with God. But, the God who told us to love our enemies and to forgive seventy times seven, is no hypocrite. Even if “we are faithless, he will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself” (2 Timothy 2:13). No matter how evil we become, God’s loving, faithful nature will NOT change! Our Holy God would still love us and keep on wanting us to let Him shower us with full forgiveness of what we have done.
Dear one, our precious Lord Jesus has already been tortured to death, in OUR place, so that we can be forgiven. The Lord will not waste that horrifying costly sacrifice. All that it would take to restore the relationship is for us to accept His love and His forgiveness. Our problems would go unsolved IF we were to go to the grave persistently refusing to accept His offer. I pray that you will be wise and accept the endlessness of Christ’s love and forgiveness. Please do not allow the thoughts of doubts and anxiety plague you, when Jesus can set you free!
