AFTER THIS . . . THE JUDGMENT
Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (KJV) . . . Appointed means to be reserved, or to arrange in advance. Each and every one of us have an appointment with death, and only Almighty God knows the very moment when we will take our last breath. NO one has a guarantee of tomorrow.
Proverbs 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth. (KJV) James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. (KJV) . . . Life on Earth is a gift from God, which He has given to us, and I truly believe it is a time that we are to decide WHERE we shall spend eternity.
ALL THOSE WHO ARE SAVED WILL GO TO HEAVEN
All those who are saved will go to Heaven. If you are not saved yet, see the following web sites.

All those who are saved will be judged at the judgment seat of Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. (KJV)
The very next verse speaks about the terror of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences. (KJV)
Many believers foolishly think they have nothing to fear on Judgment Day, but they are wrong. God will judge ALL believers for the sins they committed AFTER they were saved, and hold them accountable. Romans 14:12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. (KJV) . . . Believers will give an account for the bad things they have done in their life that they did not repent of and confess to God.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (KJV) . . . We CANNOT raise ourselves up to God’s level; and we CANNOT bring God down to our level; but there is something we can do! We can get rid of sin by confessing it to God. When we accept Christ as our Saviour, ALL sins (past, present and future) are forgiven. SO . . . why do we have to confess our sins to Him? Simply because even as God’s children, we will still sin for we still possess our old nature; and when we sin (NOT IF), it throws up a barrier between us and God. We do NOT lose our salvation, but we do LOSE the ‘joy of our salvation’ like David did (Ps. 51:12), and we lose fellowship with God (Is.59:2) until we confess those sins to God. Once we do this, God forgives us and cleanses us from all our unrighteousness (SINS). Sins are gone (Ps.103:12; Mic.7:19; Heb.8:12; 10:17).
The Bible does not specifically tell us what will happen at this judgment, but we do know that rewards will be at stake and many will be ashamed at the Lord's Coming (1 Jn.2:28). God will punish us on Judgment Day. But, there is no danger of being sentenced to Hell, for every believer is eternally safe because by the Precious Blood Sacrifice of Jesus Christ (1 Pet.1:8-9). We are saved eternally, No TRUE believer will ever go to Hell.

Many believers will suffer loss on Judgment Day, and lose rewards that they could have had, and shed many tears of sorrow over their failures in this life which hurt their loved ones and friends, but they will still be saved and secure in Jesus Christ. God does get angry, and God does chasten His children! Hebrews 12:5-8 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. (KJV) . . . All are NOT sons that profess to be a Christian; nor are all that profess to be religious chastised by the Father in Heaven. For such are these who are the children of the world, of Satan (1 Jn.3:10), and of the antichristian harlot (Rev.17:1). These people do not have the chastising rod of God upon them. Only God’s TRUE children are privileged to be chastened by Almighty God.
ALL THOSE WHO ARE NOT SAVED WILL GO TO HELL
The Word of God tells us that after we die, the next event will be judgment, when we stand before God on Judgment Day. This is true, both for the saved and unsaved. The unsaved (the unbelievers, those who reject Jesus) will be judged at the great white throne judgment.
Revelation 20:11-15 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (KJV)
So many people today in error portray God as a peaceful ‘God is love’ kind of God that would never send anyone to Hell. 2 Thes. 1:8-9 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (KJV) They are WRONG!!!
The Great White Throne Judgment will be a criminal trial and the wicked will be judged according to their crimes (works). Revelation 20:12 tells us that the BOOKS SHALL BE OPENED. It will be at this time that millions of people will realize, to their horror, the things they did, were never hidden from an all-knowing, all-seeing God! God is recording every sin an unbeliever commits . . . and IF a person dies in their sins (Jn.8:24) without the righteousness of Jesus Christ, they will be punished in the lake of fire forever. Jesus paid for our sins so we would not have to do it. Eternal life is a free gift (Eph.2:8; Rom.6:23). Salvation is receiving eternal life, which Christ already paid for. All we have to do to be saved is admit we are sinners, and believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, our Redeemer and Saviour, and that He will forgive our sins and save us. We are saved by the RIGHTEOUSNESS of Christ Jesus. Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: (KJV)
Every human being who has ever lived, will one day stand before God in judgment. For those who are saved, Jesus Christ will be our Advocate (1 Jn.2:1), for He has worked out a plea-agreement with the Prosecutor (God the Father) by means of His Blood Sacrifice. We have been fully pardoned through Christ. For those who are unsaved, they will be summonsed to stand trial without a lawyer, and be judged according to their works, and will be sentenced to the lake of fire forever.
